About Nayla Consults
No. Nayla Consults is a premium educational support and family learning consultancy. The distinction is important. A tutoring agency matches families with tutors. Nayla Consults diagnoses the child's learning needs, matches the right educator to those needs, places the educator professionally, and actively supervises the support month by month. We are accountable for outcomes in a way that no tutoring agency is.
We serve families in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt in Nigeria, and Nigerian diaspora families in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and the United States. All diagnostics and supervision are delivered virtually.
Yes. Nayla Consults is registered as a Business Name with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Nigeria.
About the Learning Diagnostic
Because without it, every intervention is guesswork. The diagnostic tells us what your child actually needs — not what we assume they need. Families who skip the diagnostic and go straight to a tutor consistently tell us they wish they had done it first. We built Nayla to make sure every family does.
Entirely virtually, via video call. It is conducted within a structured framework designed and overseen by Alero Akinmuyiwa, our Director of Education, who holds a postgraduate qualification in Education. Every report is reviewed by senior educational leadership before it is issued. The standard is identical regardless of your location.
Nigeria: ₦75,000 – ₦250,000 depending on complexity and number of children. Diaspora: £150 – £450. An urgency supplement applies for delivery within 5 working days.

Nayla retains 30% as its oversight and management fee. You have one payment relationship, one invoice, and one professional accountable for everything. You never pay the tutor separately.
For tutors: ₦20,000 – ₦25,000 per hour per child. Minimum 8 hours per child per month. For governesses and Academic Governors: ₦7,500 – ₦10,000 per hour. Diaspora rates are in GBP, USD, CAD, or AUD depending on your location.

About the Educators

Background verification and referee checks are mandatory before any placement.
Every placement is backed by an 8-week replacement guarantee. If the educator is not the right fit within the first 8 weeks, Nayla will rematch at no additional placement fee.
