Most educational support begins with a tutor. Nayla Consults begins with a question: what does this child actually need?
Every Nayla engagement begins with a conversation between you and our team. We want to understand what you have observed, what the school has reported, and what has already been tried. We ask questions that most services never ask — because we know that a parent's observations of their child are clinically significant.
Our structured Learning Diagnostic is delivered virtually by a trained assessor working within a framework designed by Alero Akinmuyiwa, our Director of Education. It covers cognitive processing, academic skill levels, learning patterns, executive functioning, and your child's emotional relationship with learning.
Within the agreed timeframe, you receive a written diagnostic report identifying the root cause of your child's difficulty and recommending the specific type of support, educator profile, and approach that will be most effective. This report is the brief for every decision that follows.
Using the diagnostic report as the brief, we search our educator network and assess candidates against our 50-point Placement Matching Scorecard. We present a shortlist to your family. You meet the candidates. You confirm your choice. We handle the educator agreement and briefing.
Once the educator is placed, your Nayla supervision begins. You receive a weekly written report from the educator. Your Nayla partner conducts a monthly progress review with you. If anything is not working — the fit, the progress, the approach — your Nayla partner escalates and resolves it.
The blended fee model means you pay one monthly amount to Nayla. Nayla pays the educator their share from that amount. You have one payment relationship, one invoice, and one professional accountable for everything.
